[HELP]How can I pass the challenges of Augury Rock?
I found that it is realliy hard to pass the first challenge. Can you help me? By the way, I am a N/E at 20 Lvl.
Sorry, u may misunderstood me. I have done that missions such like Thirsty River... Now I have no mission to do except pass the challenges in Augury Rock. U talk to a ghost in Augury Rock, then he will pass u to the mesa beside the town. Then u go alone. 1st challenge is to fight with a guy with the same skills which u equiped. I really can't do that! These missions can be done in any order so I don't know which one you tried. If you are trying Thirsty River, it is really difficult with Henchmen but you can do it. I've done it with a Monk/Necromancer and a Ranger/Mesmer. I'm working on getting my Elemental/Mesmer through but not sure if I can.
I think the missions are easier when you have a good group of players with you. Henchies don't have the flexibility that live players have. If you are really stuck you can always pay a runner. |

My guild and I would be more than happy to help, I should be home from work in about an hour. They take a bit of a knack to do, and an intelligent group.

Ah, you mean fighting your Doppleganger!
Seeing that you're a Necromancer, I'd say you should equip ALL your life sacrificing skills. You do not need to use them at all, they are only there for your Dopple to use. He does not have the intelligence to stop sacrificing him to death, so..yeah o.o Here's a link that may help you out: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=27576 |

So you're having problems with beating your doppleganger you mean?
For a Necro, take some health sacrificing spells that do nothing. I suggest taking Awaken the Blood as it adds more to the sacrificing and take like Defiling Flesh, Enfeebling Blood, Verata's Aura, Dark Fury, and such. He'll just sacrifice himself to death. Er, I was posting while Opeth posted his so I did read his post. |

Oh, well, guess I have to revisit my dopplegangar with my necromancer again.
